Activities, Skills, Other

Study Abroad I studied in Amsterdam in Spring 2024! I got to travel, gaining so much appreciation for cultures and perspectives different from my own	Video Production/iMovie While I've created videos on iMovie since 2017, my skills strengthened in Spring 2025 in the class, "Writing for Digital Spaces." I filmed and edited 6 videos, dedicating over 20 hours each to editing	Blogging/Digital Writing I love blogging! "Writing for Digital Spaces" also strengthened my blog writing skills – I wrote 6 blogs, each between 700-1000 words	Reviews and Criticism I love to review! From the Ram to my chai reviews to Google Maps contributions, I conduct in-depth research for each topic. I blend my narrative fiction skills with informative/journalistic writing
Canva I'm very well acquainted with Canva. I have created/designed over 30 posters for personal use, as well as designs for academic assignments. Posters, slideshows, brochures, etc.	Art Acrylics, oils, color pencils, the humble pencil... I've done it all. I love to create art!	Classical Guitar I am classically trained in guitar, spending 10 years under the guidance of Latin Grammy nominee, Larry Del Casale. I competed in NYSSMA twice, earning a perfect score for my performance of Leo Brouwer's "El Decaméron Negro: Mov. 2."	Violin I played the violin for 11 years, participating in orchestras from 2011 to 2022, including the Westchester Youth Symphony. I was the concert master of my high school orchestra, 2020-2021.
